Return/Refund and Exchange Policy for Defective Items:
We strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason a defect is not caught in our quality assurance checks, please contact the store immediately at support@obstinateoctopus.com for a replacement product. Upon verification of the defect, the store will replace the defective product and ship to you within 3 business days, at no cost to the customer.
Return/Refund and Exchange Policy for Non-Defective Items:
In the event you are not satisfied with one of our non-personalized items, you may request a refund by contacting the store at support@obstinateoctopus.com or by using the form below. Enter your order number, item description, and your requested exchange details, as well as your contact information so we can process your request.
The customer would be responsible for returning the original item within 2 weeks from date received. Once we receive the item back and verify it is in like new condition with the tags in place, we will issue you store credit for the price of the item within 5 business days! The store credit can be used to purchase a different product, or a different style or size of the previously purchased product. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be credited back, and must be paid for by the customer.
